I am qualified, experienced counsellor with extensive experience counselling individuals, couples and families. My experience includes over 14 years with Relate; training counsellors and running a private counselling and supervision practice. I have worked in a wide variety of settings including GP practices and schools. I have written training programmes for the prison service, schools, NHS etc.
I truly believe talking over issues really does help. You gain clarity and insight and personal growth is always possible.
As a professional counsellor working alongside you, I can help to lighten your burden and empower you to make changes. I have seen the difference counselling makes and the significant changes in my client's well being and in the quality of their relationships.
